Optional coordination

Keep the plan moving when the calendar changes.

Concierge support helps organize practical adjustments, research options and coordinate approved independent services—without pretending every request can be fulfilled.

High-touch, bounded support

Coordination that reduces friction—not a promise of unlimited access.

The scope, response expectations and business-hour availability of concierge support must be defined in the selected service agreement.

01

Travel adjustments

Help translate a changing itinerary into a realistic workout and routine plan using available time and equipment.

02

Schedule coordination

Organize coaching touchpoints and planned support around known calendar constraints.

03

Vendor research

Explore meal, chef or trainer options without naming a provider as approved or available before verification.

04

Accountability follow-through

Keep next actions visible and surface practical adjustments for coach review.

When travel disrupts the week

Adapt the plan, not the standard.

A useful travel adjustment accounts for location, time zone, schedule, equipment and recovery. It does not assume a hotel gym or concierge vendor will be available.

  • Travel-ready workout alternatives
  • Calendar and equipment constraints
  • Practical meal-option research
  • Coach-reviewed adjustments where included

Clear service boundaries

Coordination is not 24/7 fulfillment.

Availability, response times, included requests and any third-party charges depend on the selected EWI plan and separate provider agreements. Concierge support does not guarantee appointments, reservations, vendor coverage, travel outcomes or medical services. No vendor receives client information without appropriate authorization.
